Super mattresses. After lots of resarch I ordered this anti gravity as a trial but its very nice and from first day use I have decided to kept it. Its very supportive and much responsive. The latex layer make it more responise quickly adjust according to the body weight and shape .I have also purchased the mattresses protector which is also awesome and very soft and the best thing in it is the aleo vera infusion which is giving mild secent which is just awesome.
And now I am planning to order two more mattresses without any confusion.

I've been using Flo mattress for a couple of weeks now and trust me it's so good. I compared Flo mattress to other competitors mattresses online which I don't want to reveal their names. But Flo mattress is 1 inch thicker than its competitors. Also you can find it's video comparison in YouTube too. You can see the insides very easily by using the zipper cover, for which I have attached the photo. Overall great comfort bed and I enjoyed sleeping in it.

1. it took 20 days to deliver it. they need improve on this area.
2. customer support needs to be improved. they didn't inform me when there was a delay in delivery.

I ordered Flo mattress and received it but the sizes of both the mattresses were oversized or under sized. Subsequently I emailed and messaged on watsapp ur customer care for replacement but no heed was given to my complaint rather it got rejected the reason best known to you. I repent very much y I purchased it from and wasted my hard earned money. Moreover your quality of material is not upto the standards you claim.

Delivered within 5 days in Bangalore, I have read lot about late delivery for me it's not the case. Mattress is good. Latex layer is making it smooth when compared to ergo.
This is my 3rd matress from flo.
Vaccum sealed package. Whoever are looking for latex layer as well go with this Flo antigravity mattress on their website to get trial period(mostly we will not return it). Best value for money mattress.

The delivery took 14 days, which felt a bit long. Additionally, the package was torn upon arrival, although I believe this was the fault of the delivery partner.
The delivery partner in my city did not have a suitable vehicle for direct delivery, so they had to use an autorickshaw to bring the mattress, which was not ideal.
Overall, I would recommend this mattress, especially for those who prefer a softer feel when laying down.

Very bad experience bought 7inch latex mattress and there is permanent bend in top latex layer and the corner and margins also didn’t hold shape. Applied for return and handed over the mattress to their delivery partner but no response or communication from their side even after 20-25 days, wondering about their delivery partner how slow they are as while tracking the return is still on the way
