The best thing about the pillow is that it is adjustable as per our needs. We can easily remove a sheets 1 sheet from the middle. Other than that the plus point is that it doesn't give pungent smell unlike other market pillows.

I have been using the FLO pillow for over 2 months and I find it quite comfortable, the pillow goes back to shape and hasn't lost any volume of size yet. There is no stress on my neck which is what I like the most , I used an Orthopaedic mattress so this pillow blends well for a comfortable sleep

I really like the option of adjusting the pillow according to one’s preference and need!
It’s comfortable but if you’re using it for the first time make sure to at-least try it for a week before jumping to any conclusion about it as we’re habitual to using regular pillow this might feel different in comparison to what you’ve being using since years. Another thing that i’ll like to mention is the smell of the pillow when you just unbox it would be a lil awful but it’ll be ok in few days or you can always wash the cover and use a pillow case over it. That’s what i do :)

Ok, I was a bit worried at first because the pillow wasn't expanding as much as I had hoped. But then I reached out to their customer service, and they informed me that it takes 24 hours at least for the pillow to gain its original size.
So I waited.
And waited.
And waited.
Somewhere around the 20 hour mark was when I began to see that it's actually expanding nicely.
Though it took more than 24 hours for it to fully expand, the wait was worth it. And I'm now using it every night.
So, if you just received your pillow, and its not expanding, just give it some time.
And props to the flo customer service. They pick up the call within 1 minute, and they're ready to help with anything, which is rare in this day and age.
