Worst buying experience I have had from any company. This company spends tons on marketing but fail to deliver where it's most needed that is sending the product to a customer. I had ordered a pair of pillow along with a mattress but have received none of them even after 18 days of ordering where as on website the company policy promises to deliver the product within 14 days from ordering. On asking for refund executive says it will take around 10 business days for refund. It's a total mess out here. U r literally stuck . U pay for ur product and have to wait for ages to get it delivered. BTW called the customer care on day 17 and was informed that the product is yet to be dispatched... Don't shop here guys

The Quality of the pillow is very unsatisfactory .
The stitches threads came out by the time we received the order itself .
The packing is so bad that the delivery reached with a puffed half torn opened Box .The pillow was dusty and it is Tinty stainy like a used one not all looking new pillow .
And when we raised a complaint with customer care they say they cannot help us as the product doesn’t have a return or exchange .
So sad for the things happened to us and will never recommend this product to anyone .
