The protector came in a nice box, it was packed really well. The protector fits really well with the mattress. Im really happy that they allow us to choose protector based on the thickness of the mattress, most other brands dont provide such options and only provide for 1 thickness, which when ordered for less thick beds are loose. Flo has solved this and provided with options for different thickness as well . My toddler spilled her bottle on the bed and the protector proved itself that its waterproof . I'll recommend flo above other brands. It would be much better if flo can offer more color choices.

This is my worst experience and service from your team,From day one the service and support is very bad,After mentioning clear address you people are delaying the process and delivery logistics partners are saying wrong address given by the client and if I call the customer service or return team they are telling my correct address but why this delay happening? Return pickup delay happening from your side and not even sending the shipment and telling that this will be delivered after picking up the return shipment and telling something happened with logistics team and takes 1-3days to sort it almost near to one month and my first EMI also falling such a worst Service I have gone through Flo Company
